Were you trying to text message your question into the conference? How about respecting the readers and actually writing the words out?

You are not charged by the letter here.
Please use full English sentences and not this SMS gibberish.

Case of Inadmissible

Ok guys.Here it is:
Received the letter which reads as follows:
The status of the service request is-Your case is on hold because you appear to be inadmissible under the current law.Rather than denying your application based on inadmissibilty,we are placing your case on hold while the department of homeland security considers additional excercises of the Secretary of Homeland Security's discretionary exemption authority.Such an excercise of the exemption authority might allow us to approve your case."

What does this possibly mean?I am thinking of taking an appointment wt Infopass.I dont know but Iam worried and confused.

Well, this is very loaded status. What it says that they think the applicant is inadmissible, but they are trying to come up with a reason to admit this person. It is my opinion that the application may be in a very hot water. You need to google "grounds for inadmissibility" and read the list to see which one you may have issues with. After that, you should probably repost with your whole history about whatever it is you think caused inadmissibility.

Here are the exmaples of inadmissibility grounds. As you can see, it is rather long and colorful list.
Health related grounds;
Criminal grounds;
Security grounds;
Public charge grounds;
Labor certifications;
Undocumented entry and immigration status violations;
Documentation requirements;
Previous removal or unlawful presence; and
Miscellaneous
