I'm IT guy having 2 yrs Bachelors (BCOM) from India, 2 yrs PGDCA , 13 yrs IT exp (with 2 yrs US exp, 7 yrs exp in Caribbean and rest in India). My employer have a job requirement as BS + 5 yrs experience. What category will I be suitable for EB2 or EB3 ?

If this is for EB3 and it states you can combine education, then this is a little tricky. You need someone very experienced to show that the 2+2 is equivalent to a US bachelor's without it being combined. Find an evaluator who has done this before and had it approved and fully understands. Then it should work.

Generally, for a BS+5 job, CIS nowadays insists on a 4-year bachelor degree. Combinations don't work.
