hi,
I recently converted my EB3 to EB2 with priority date of Nov 2004. But I still havent got my 485 approval.
Can any one give suggestions as to why 485 approval is getting delayed ?

there might be some delay on your upgrade, a follow up from your lawyer or an infopass might help.

Get an Info Pass and explain to them the issue.

Do request for the case to be assigned to an IO. If you can do that, you are good for now. This has worked well for some people recently.
