Hi,
Can a person with expired US visa(status renewd and valid 1-94, new visa yet to stamp) take flight through frankfurt, while going to India(home country. I mean flight will be from NewYork-Frankfurt-Bombay, it that allowed??

please help

Should be ok.A friend (with same circumstances) just did that and had no issues.

You need to return the I-94 when you leave the US.
