I was working for a Company A and i got my labour and I140 approved with company A and last year after i got the I140 approval, i changed to Company B. At that time Company A revoked my I140 and that company never received a receipt that the my i140 application has been revoked. Within few months, i had to come back to my old employer and now i will have to apply for I140 again with Company A as my I140 application has been revoked. What are my chances of getting I140 with the same employer who revoked my I140?. Would that be a problem?. What are my options here?. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

please consult a lawyer.

your chance is the same as when you applied for the first time with company A.

the previous revocation does not matter as long as the company is financially the same or better..or he had not applied several other I140s in the mean time or he has the ability to pay all of them..

and by the way,i'm assuming u have a new labor approved as old labor was valid only for six months..
