Hello all,
My employer filed EB2 in Sep 2008 and got audit in March 2009 and replier within 30 days. The current status in "In Process".
What does "In Process" mean? And also how to find the application center process my application?
Any input would be greatly appeciated.

I am in a similar situation, applied in sep 2008, denied in may'09 and employer re-appealed for it. The DOL website shows "in-process", it depends whether our case was denied due to government error or it was a standard appeal. For government error appeals the processing times are "current", otherwise there is a 1 year wait time.
