Hello, I live in China for 3 years on L visa with chinese wife. Married in US over 3 years ago. Recently want to get wife green card in US. WE work together for non profit US company. 85% of time live in China,
Work in China, Cambodia, Thailand, ALL OUR WORK IS HUMANITARIAN NON PROFIT STUFF.Wanted to file DCF in China but she said to file in US. "Evidently some embassied will accept DCF and others might not. Also DCF requires resident permit I believe in China which you dont get on L visa. Beijing has allowed some to DCF with stating they have lived in China for at least 6 months. Anyway we are arriving in States soon. What option might be available to stay in states while we file to get green card. She will need to change from B1 ot immigrant visat or K visa any suggestions. Want to stay legal but fast.
