My Green Card was filed on Sep 23, 2009. Finger printing was done on Oct 27, 2009.

Case status online shows the below.
I140 - Initial review
I485 - Document Production or Oath Ceremony
I765 - EAD - Document Production or Oath Ceremony
I131 - AP - Initial Review

I485 status also has the message below.
"On October 13, 2009 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Iam currently on L1A valid untill Dec 21, 2010. I have an approved petition but have not got visa stamped yet.

I need to go to India ASAP for an emergency.

Please answer my questions below.

1) I don't want to take risk taking stamping in India, so would like to use Advance Parole. Is this ok?
2) As you see, my I485 status shows document production status, however AP is in Initial review. Is there any chance that I get my AP soon? I have taken an Infopass appointment this Monday Nov 02, 2009 to talk about my emergency situation and the need for an immediate AP.
3) Since my I140 has not been approved yet, is it ok for me to go to India on AP instead of taking stamping on L1A? What is the best option?
4) What else can I do to push the AP approval?

Please send me your thoughts on the above questions. Iam in a very difficult situation and need to take decisions very quickly.

Appreciate your quick response!

Thanks,
Rocky

Can someone please advise? There is no update in my AP case yet.

I do see a LUDas on 11/02 after my appointment with the Local Application Support Center. But when I enquired Texas service center, they say local support has forwarded information, but it will take atleast a week for USCIS to respond to the situation.

Incorrect A# in I131 application receipt

I took a second Infopass appointment. Now they noticed that A# in my I131 & I485 receipt is incorrect. They asked me to get it corrected and then come with Original documents (Doctor explaining my mom's condition, need for me to be there and my mom's marriage certificate - dont know for what!!!) for emergency parole.

I called up USCIS customer service and they say A# (I had obtained from the local application support center) is correct and is against all of my pending applications.

Can someone please advise what is that I need to do correct the A# in my receipts?

Note - I140, I485, I131, I765 - have incorrect A# in my receipts
Biometics ASC notice - had correct A# in the receipt.

Please advice.

Expedited Nov 2nd, No response for AP yet

Can someone please advise what to do next?

I expedited the AP last monday via calling texas service center call center and Infopass appointment at the local field office , Nov 2nd, no response from USCIS yet.

I keep calling every day and on friday (Nov 6th) they said it has been assigned to an immigrations officer. Today being Nov 10th, no response yet.

I had also faxed the document (Letter explaining the emergency and Letter from my mom's doctor on her health condition) to TSC, a couple of numbers I got from the Internet.

Can someone please advise what to do next?

Learning, Dont expedite twice for the same problem, It takes longer time

I expedited AP processing on 11/02/09. It usually takes 5 business days for USCIS to respond. But didn't get any update till 11/09/09. So called up customer service and expedited on 11/10/09. Now it looks like USCIS will look into the latest expedite request, So I had to wait another 5 business days for response from USCIS. It was approved on 11/16/09 and Internet update says they mailed approval notice on 11/17/09. I haven't received yet. Hoping to revceive early next week only.
