I would like to know if there is a clause for GC filing that experienced gained with employer cannot be used.
If yes, what are the legal options other than changing employer?

Yes, there is such a clause. And your lawyer should know that.
The experience can be used if the GC filing is for a job which is at least 50% different from the one the experience is from.
