I have a valid L1 visa until Feb,2011 with employer A. Recently Employer B applied for H1 and i have received RFE, while replying RFE we included amendment for consular notification to cancel COS to H1. But USCIS lookslike over looked amendment and sent new I94 along with approval.

Please let me know whether my employer can call USCIS all tell them about their mistake and get it corrected or if he withdraws H1b, will my L1b be valid so that i dont need to leave the country.
