Hi, i have H1B visa from company 'A',i didnot get a chance to work in USA with this company.Can i transfer the Visa from company 'A', if i join in some other company 'B'?Please suggest me...

Company B can file a H1 petition for you as you have been already cap counted. It is not called a transfer.
