Hi,
I got problem with my OPT, I completed my graduation on may 23rd and I applied for OPT on june 5th. In that application i made a mistake i didn't signed it well and the entire package came back to me and secondly I applied for that on june 23rd but my I20 was expired on june 20th so my second application was denied and rejected. I heard that if once the OPT is rejected they can't get it for the second time. Is that true? My only hope is that still my first application which i applied on jun 5th was pending. So i recently sent a letter with entire package to USCIS written by my college international advisor explaining detailly about the problem and asked them to reopen the case but they gave me new reciept number.
If this thing goes wrong do i need to do my graduation again can i get CPT directly from any college because i already did my graduation. I think my grace period of 60 days is also completed. So I am in trouble now. I please request to suggest me a good way now.
I will be waiting for the response
