Author Topic:   Primary and Dependent application switch legalimmigrant2 Member posted November 06, 2009 10:12 AM   My case is that I have filed under my wife's EB3 app as dependent. I have an EB2 approved with 2006 PD. The EB2 app has a better chance at getting current than the EB3 app that we have currently in file. Does anyone have any insight into how this can be achieved? * Should I file new 485 apps with my EB2 as primary and wife as secondary and withdraw the current apps? We both are using EAD from the currently filed apps.
