Hi..I have applied for my 1 539 few days ago .I wasnt contacted by any email or phone or mail.How wud I know if its accepted or denied.apparently they should send me a processing number but I didnt get any.Should I call the USCIS?

Also how long does it usually take to get accepted/denied.My I 94 expires after 4 days...

In general, after you file an application with the USCIS, you will receive a receipt notice within 2-4 weeks. At that time, you are able to look up your case status or processing times for the I-539 application in general at www.uscis.gov

In terms of your I-94 expiring in 4 days, so long as you filed the extension application before your I-94 expire, your nonimmigrant status should remain valid for a period of time. You may want to contact a competent immigration attorney in regard to this matter.
